Work Process

1. Getting Started

Your initial consultation with one of our design consultants is the first step in our process. This consultation typically occurs in your home, where we will discuss your goals, budget, design ideas, as well as present a detailed estimate, and how Eco Home Builders can help.

2. Design Concepts Meeting

We will next need to review and discuss the design concepts created from our initial consultation. This meeting will also discuss any new recommendations or ideas. Together, we will select a working design and begin discussing materials and fixtures.

3. Finalizing Design

At this point, you will have a good sense of what your project will look like. We ensure there are no gaps in between the process and have our team take another look at your goals and budget. This will ensure that our design concept and preliminary sketches will meet your needs.

4. Construction

We obtain the City permits required for home remodeling and assign a project manager. Then the work begins! Weekly you will meet with your project manager to discuss the progress until your remodeling project is complete.
